Private Pay Clients
We strive to keep our services affordable to everyone and offer counseling on a sliding-fee scale based on overall household income:

Under   $50,000   -   $75/hour
Under $100,000   -   $95/hour
Over   $100,000   -   $115/hour

Insurance 
Our MFT counselor are participating providers with Human Behavior Institute (HBI) insurance which includes the following plans:   

• Teachers Health Trust
• Life Synch through Humana
• BlueCross BlueShield Federal Employee Program
• Blue Cross Blue Shield Nevada or Out of State

All insurance clients are required to go through insurance verfiication and authorization prior to their first visit.   Please call the office at 702.434.7290 with your insurance information to start the process.   Patients are responsible for any outstanding balance in the event that your insurance carrier denies benefits, changes your co-payment, applies or alters your deductible, retracts a payment or does not provide benefits as estimated, regardless of the reason the insurance denies coverage.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to give 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.
